Went for a walk, pulled a tendon, ow ow ow...
Ow. I feel bad for you.
Hope it gets, like, better and stuff.
I was born with clubbed feet. Fixed with surgery, but they're shaped funny. Makes it REALLY hard to find shoes. If I didn't find a Dr. Scholl's supported "replacement insole" that just happened to fit, I would've ended up with custom-made orthopedic shoe inserts (orthodics) at $300/pr. My mother has those. She's always worried about going out in the rain, because if her orthodics get wet, they melt.
I had something called "Osgood Schlatter's" when I was in middle school. That's when the tendon running across the kneecap is too tight and starts tearing where it attaches to the bone at the base of the knee. In some cases, hairline fractures show up on x-rays. I had those too. Had to sit on the bench for a year in Gym class.
The arches of my feet can go out from strain, bad shoes, or excessive walking. I was limping from 7/5/01 to 7/8/01 after taking a trek around Manhattan (island in the middle of NYC with most of the really tall buildings, also the location of Central Park) on the Fourth. I have straps designed for flat-footed people that seem to help.
So yeah. Ow.

Same here, but usually on the soles of my feet.
Also recently felt a series of incredibly painful pokes about 1/2 inch aaway from my arm joint... Hurt like hell for around 5 minutes.
I, however, am lucky.
