Actually, if you'd had <rude comment refrained> you'd notice that VI's DOING SOMETHING with Befallen and WCs. And this newspaper thing isn't exactly new.

Ran past the Dark elf camp yesterday. Green to me at 43 but I have a feeling they are low lvl anyhow. Plus they conned indiff to myself and my Druid friend..we didnt kill them so dunno what they drop.

I saw a camp in WC with my bard today, they were blue to me at 29. Im not sure how many were there though. And I didnt have time to kill any of them, so I dont know what the exp/loot is like...

Killed the camp in WC near the EC zone, all conned green to my 49, classes there were a cleric, mage (with pet), wizard and fighter.

Killing them all took me down to two bubs of health and about the same of mana, however I wasn't fear-kiting then, just toe to toe.

Dropped about a plat each, no faction hits at all, responded rudely to my hails (which is why I killed them )

I know for a fact all are 25 except one. (At the camp near the EC zone. About the other...Beats me.)
