I will almost certainly be playing Mechwarrior Online if the release doesn't end up completely boofed. It's been a long time since there was a decent mech game.
To reign is worth ambition, though in Hell:
Better to reign in Hell than serve in Heaven.

Secret World is kind of cool but I feel like MMOs are just getting stale in general. That being said I prepurchased GW2 (if only to support someone I gamed with years ago) but I haven't really seen anything really catch my attention.

What I think will keep me entertained for a while in TSW is its very unique setting and its focus on puzzle based quests instead of the standard kill x and bring me y grinds.

Also, looking forward to some mechwarrioring with you, guys.

What timezone are you in at the moment, Bloodsage?

I'm currently US EST. In a couple of weeks, though, I'll be pretty much off the net until next summer. So all the good games have to release in '13.

That device in my closet is apparently from some really old mech game. I might give the Mechwarrior Online a shot, but the real mech I want to play is a Max in Planetside 2.

And of course this one.

The last and only Mechwarrior game I played was Mercenaries, which I absolutely loved. I think I also played the original on the SNES but I forget that was even called, that version had a weird name.

It was called mechwarrior. It was also a pretty bad game that didn't use any of the canon mechs.
