That's also why anti-inflammitory drugs like paracetamol don't work very well on these kinds of headaches, there's very little inflammation to correct. I go and get these tablets from the pharmacy called Imigran that directly interact with the receptors that control artery constriction, they don't just ease the headache.. they utterly destroy it. Expensive and you only get two in a box but fuck me they rock.
