It will sell itself- give out research grants and technology rewards to encourage the free market to create the best solution on it's own, don't pick winners among existing and near field technologies with rebates and incentives because that's what fucks up a market in 10 years when the whole country is on an inefficient technology that we decided to promote and the company that produces it has enough money to keep the rebates and incentives alive.
- Could be more bi-partisan. He's got a history of working with republicans, but it's a short history. Here's hoping he keeps it up.
