You, sir, are a better man than I. Even with an increase in exercise it's hard for me to maintain a steady diet.

Any reason you don't have fish oil listed?

I ate an 8 oz. filet of salmon like 12 hours ago, also the walnuts have an acceptable amount of omega 3 (even though it's not EPA) and I don't have fish oil tablets yet anyway haha.

The trick to Branle Man, of course, would be that you would expect him to show up in period dress, perhaps dancing his particular style or incorporating it into his moves as he fights crime. Not so! Branle Man just barges in, beats the fuck out of you while screaming racial epithets, then rapes your dog and/or garbage disposal.

Sunday will be loafing day for me. This past Tuesday was also loafing day. I spent most of the day in my chair playing Xbox. After several hours, my knee began to cramp up.

I then knew how long you had to be lazy before you hurt yourself.

jesus fuck, saturday was like my anti-loafing day. I was moving from 8am - 7pm.

Good to hear that someone picked up the slack I left though--I normally don't do shit on weekends.

I loafed a lot yesterday, too, but I also got a lot of work done. It wasn't a proper loafing day.

I thought about work today, but didn't actually do any work. Does that count as loafing?

It's my day off and I managed to only make three work-related phone calls today so that counts as loafing.
