He's "that asian kung-fu guy" in almost every american movie/tv series with an chinese gang in it. He's probably pushing 50 now. He's bald on the top but has a pony tail and a fu manchu facial hair going on. He almost never has a speaking part and always loses a kung-fu fight. You always recognize him because you see him so often in movies.

No, he does not have a fumanchu! Also the guy I'm thinking about is skinnier. Age is close though.

Was he in "Big Trouble in Little China" by any chance? Playing one of the leaders of the bad guy gang. Gets double knifed from behind during the big gang fight when they break up Lo Pan's wedding.

I'm pretty sure he was in Rumble in the Bronx. In the outtakes where jackie gets his head smashed by an arcade machine.

I think of him as the Asian version of Danny Trejo...

Hes also one of the "European" terrorist/robbers in Die Hard. (he raids the snack counter in the FoxPlaza building.)

Could you imagine Al Leong and Danny Trejo together in one movie? That would be 100% total awesomesauce.

I think I'd even camp the boxoffice for that one.
