I want to get a camera. I know nothing of them. What's a decent one I can get sub $200 (online preferably). I don't know what any of these stats I read of camera specs mean.

That PowerShot is, of course, the better of the two. Primarily because Sony has been sucking balls at everything they make lately, especially at money.
