Site is basically a laundry list of easily refuted distortions and myths presented in the Intelligent Design documentary by the otherwise sane Ben Stein.
I wanted to go see this movie so I could do just this, but someone beat me to it. I'm glad, it's a lot of work
Under capitalism, man exploits man. Under communism, it's just the opposite. - John Kenneth Galbraith

Delphi Aegising:
So wait, is expelled for or against ID?
Expelled makes the case that there is an elaborate conspiracy of atheist scientists trying to keep discussion of intelligent design out of mainstream science.
I think it's the way that they try to fit God into the scope of science by trying to thrust Him in there against all sense.
Hitler => atheist (not even true, really) => believed in master race => this derives from Darwin's survival of the fittest (it doesn't) => thus Holocaust is the fault of evolution education.

Maradon! had this to say about Punky Brewster:
Expelled makes the case that there is an elaborate conspiracy of atheist scientists trying to keep discussion of intelligent design out of mainstream science.
When anyone contends there is an elaborate conspiracy, are they generally EVER right?

There is something wrong with any scientist that looks at a question and comes to the answer "god did it, because that's the easiest solution"
During my time at university I talked to a physicist and biologist who were their whole lifes atheists (they were around 50). Both said that the closer and longer they looked at things they started to wonder. They didn't outright say 'god did it', but in their opinion alot of things fell into place much to nicely to be an accident.
Now I am not saying that they were right (I'm still agnostic), but that if you spend a long time with science, it might change your views into a different direction than you might have anticipated.
quote:
Maradon! put down Tada! magazine long enough to type:
I think deep down inside everybody realizes that there probably isn't any god
They've probably flirted with the notion, and upon superficial examination, have found its implications too frightening or upsetting to revisit.
Under capitalism, man exploits man. Under communism, it's just the opposite. - John Kenneth Galbraith
For example, without God, there would be no religious people, and henceforth, no one for atheist douchebags to feel smug towards.

They were wrong. The clockmaker argument has been dis-proven about a billion times.

That wasn't the point.

Tarquinn likes to say stupid stuff like:
That wasn't the point.
No, you're right, your point was that despite claiming to be men of science, they are ignoring logic and "thinking with their heart," and you think that is understandable because holy crap if some things hadn't happened in a specific order then we wouldn't be here and that must mean that something must have pushed those things to have happened.
No system's complexity, regardless of the amount or depth of complexity, is irrefutable evidence of the existence of something that designed it. Other things can prove the existence of a maker, but remarkable complexity is not one of them.

I will lay Sean upon an altar so pristine and devout as to be made for the sole fury of the lord and, with knife in hand, both steel and flesh weathered by obedience, I will spill his fourth sin upon the ground in puddles so thick with his human rime as to render the distinction between soles of leather and skin alike null.
Understand that this is my mercy for you.

I wasn't fakeposting bro
I do wish I believe in a higher power

A sleep deprived Mr. Parcelan stammered:
I yearn for the day when I finally lose control and exterminate the heathens that plague this board.
Who would be left then?
You, and ... ?

Blindy. impressed everyone with:
Also, Tarq go back to joker because I have no idea who you are when you're not joker. Bitte?
Only if you'll go back to that blind swordsman sprite.

Everyone wondered WTF when Delphi Aegis wrote:

This is just proof of how truly effective the elaborate conspiracies are.
And while most may be easily debunked by an application of simple logic and Occam's Razor, who is to say that *this* might be the one, true, elaborate conspiracy hiding among the myriad red herrings that have littered history, as a way to ensure that no one in their right minds would believe that this is actually a conspiracy?

I bet you never expected Tarquinn to say:

I just spent an hour looking for it and I can't find it
