Don't bother. By the time you get to 70 and into a decent raiding guild and geared towards t6+ encounters, WoTLK will be out, and you'll have to level to 80 and to T7/8/9 whatever fuckall encounter timesinks they'll have put in by that point.

I got my Paladin to 70 in like 11 days played. Gamestop told me (so if it's wrong don't go blaming me or anything) that the release date they had for Lich King was sometime in November. That's plenty of time to enjoy the current content before Lich King.

go to the gym, learn something new, hit on some chicks, hell I'd even advise watching a solid TV show over playing WoW

edit - easier solution because you're lazy: figure out something else that's MORE FUN than grinding and repetition and do that, instead! And if you've still got so much free time that you can't figure out how to spend it then fuck you champ

It took me hitting the gear cap a few times on multiple characters (and then having that cap raised again) before I finally realized this.
