Since there is fog of war and Tyranids are melee-based, they would just run around the small maps and annihilate everyone.

Katrinity spewed forth this undeniable truth:
Sisters of Battle is cool and all...but I was hoping for Tyranids.
Relic has stated that their current engine could not do the Tyranids justice.
If that's true or not, I do not know, but I bet we'll see Tyranids in DoW II.

Verily, Mortious doth proclaim:
Tyranids would be extremely hard to implement without making them becoming a Zerg clone.Since there is fog of war and Tyranids are melee-based, they would just run around the small maps and annihilate everyone.
The more I look at it, the more obvious it is that Warcraft unapologetically rips off Warhammer.
Humans, Elves, Dwarves and Orcs are all excusable, since they're set in archetypes and are usable by everyone.
But the Zerg? Tyranid.
Draenei? Tau.
Protoss? Eldar.
Wild.
In the full game you can play all factions from all the previous games and wage war across multiple planets. Awesome.

This is interesting. I really like the campaign from Dark Crusade, and it added some challenges, but to go from planet to planet will be pretty sweet.
It kinda reminds me of Star Wars: Empire at War.

Mr. Parcelan had this to say about the Spice Girls:

I think I remember hearing that Blizzard was developing a RTS for Games Workshop prior to Warcraft 1, but GW pulled the plug and Blizzard said fuck you and made Warcraft. Any truth to this?
The same rumor is also available with 40k/Starcraft flavour.

Mr. Parcelan obviously shouldn't have said:

The only similarities between the Draenei and the Tau are that they're blue and I hate them.

Tegadil wrote this stupid crap:

1) Blue.
2) Hooves.
3) Decided lack of right angles in architecture.
4) Constantly raped by orcs.
5) Pseudo-oriental music.
6) Dedication to a "greater good."
Really, the only separation is that the Draenei get all queasy about killing.
Speaking of, Dark Eldar look fun, but they're probably going be Tau 2.0: fragile, no defensive structures, a couple of fairly neat units. Other than that, they're kind of cool. I never thought someone could out-freaky Chaos, but the Tortured Slave is so pitiful, I almost weep.
I hope the other factions get some new units besides the flyers, too.
The sisters are just Space Marines for girls anyway.
Too bad they've only had a handful of books
