For my dad, I got a $50 gift card (jeez) to a hobby shop he frequents and a DVD of Nausicaa in the Valley of the Wind (dude loves Miyazaki).
My mom got Double Cross by James Patterson and one of those little Willow Creek angel figurines she collects.
I gave my sister a digital voice recorder (she does lots of interviews in her work at the University of Memphis's Anthropology Department), some bookends, and some bath towels (she asked for them OK god).
I got my brother-in-law an Xbox 360 text pad and a shirt.
My aunt got a bracelet and some earrings which I embarassingly had to have help picking out =\
Her boyfriend got a sweater.
Yeah, that's right. A sweater.
My SEEKRIT SANTA from work got a $30 gift card (ugh) to Express.
Finally, I donated some toys to a little charity we were supporting at work. One young lad got his requested Yu-Gi-Oh cards and a young lady who wanted art supplies got a sketchbook and a small selection of media to experiment with =3
