No, not the game. The book.

It's available on Amazon.ca and Amazon.co.uk. I'd like to know if anyone knows of an american online retailer I can order it from. Barring that, would anyone up in Canada be willing to assist me (I ship to you, you ship to me, I can cover the cost of the shipping)?
