This morning, I actually ran the 2.5km in 17':58", did 45 push-ups over the two minutes, 36 sit-ups over the two minutes, and made a full minute of the three minute bridge.
Not a bad effort for a little less than one month. I think I'll do this program again next month, see if I can improve on that.
