I'm looking for a mod which will make it so that the yellow exclaimation mark doesn't go away when the quest that the NPC gives is ranked as being grey to your character.
I want this because in my quest to kill time as my friends level up I'm going to go back to newbie zones and complete old and shitty quests purely for the reputation, and it will make my life a lot easier if I can see which NPCs give quests without having to talk to each and every one of them.

Best you can get is something that reports it in your mouseover tooltip.

Wrong. Quests for the old four city factions (Org/IF/UC, etc) give full rep to any level completing the quest, even 70's. However the NEW city's faction quests (Exodar/Silvermoon) give level appropriate faction.
Guess we'll have to wait until the neutral goblin city is released to not have to turn in a zillion cloth to ride a cock.

As-is, it's ridiculously easy for a blood elf to get exalted with all four factions before they are even so with silvermoon. Some quests that award horde faction I ASSUME would award appropriate amounts of silvermoon faction, but still..
