Looks very nice too, gonna be a hell of a game. It'll definitely be the reason I buy a PS3.

I have not disliked a GTA since I first played III and this will be no different. One of the few series I have complete faith in them putting out a good game for.

San Andreas was lousy and boring

Your opinion.
I, personally, thought it was just as good as Vice City. Vice City had the better story which made it on the whole better, but I like a lot of the new mechanics added in San Andreas.
Maybe you just don't like black people.

I thought the story was weird. It was really serious up until you left San Andreas and headed towards San Fiero when things got goofy and funny. Then after going to Los Venturas and returning back to San Andreas was just really weird how the story was never consistent. I still think it was a really fun game though.
I just hated how the missions were repetitive, and the graphics seemed chunky and unpolished.
as far as new mechanics go, eating was nothing but an irritant, and once you worked out so much you never had to work out again, and there was no point to being fat. The gang war system was basically a single-player grindfest.
No goodies to find out in the environment. No rampages, no icons of any kind, hardly any weapons secreted away. Pretty lousy imo.
Yes, that is my official opinion.
No, you do not need to attempt to change my mind, because I am well aware that I am in the minority, and most likely just don't "get it."
And so does DotA.
I actually liked the Gang Wars. Once you take everything over, it's a nice little moneymaker.

I didn't even realize you could pick up a hooker until Vice City.

From the book of Mr. Gainsborough, chapter 3, verse 16:

both of these games were really linear, no exploration at all.
they suck or maybe i just don't "get" why everyone likes them.
but it's probably they suck

ACES! Another post by Mr. Gainsborough:
Can you bash Halo and FF7 while you're at it?
FF7 had a pretty awful ending. The story stopped being interesting 3/4 through the 2nd disc. It just seemed to drag on unnecessarily.
Plus, the Materia system was a gayed up version of the Magicite system.

Mr. Gainsborough painfully thought these words up:
Can you bash Halo and FF7 while you're at it?
San Andreas had poor pacing, missions were very hit or miss, and the map was too big for its own good. It wasn't a terrible game, but Rockstar really just tried to put too much in the game and it watered down all the good content.
Halo had the fucking shitty Library and felt half finished with the all the reused level content. Again, not a bad game, but it was terribly overhyped and Bungie was probably in over its head.
FF7 had shitty mess of a story and boring combat. If it wasn't for Aeris' death (how deep!), the carrot of FMV videos, and Sephiroth appealing to weaboos, the game would not be remembered. Actually, a correction. If it wasn't the first major RPG on the PS1, it wouldn't be remembered.
they really aren't good at all i know

Mr. Gainsborough obviously shouldn't have said:
k thx i was just wonderin if anyone would do this cuz you know it's not popular to bash any of these games or nothinthey really aren't good at all i know
I just wanted to bash them.

I don't understand why people hated the game after that level.
I thought Halo was a fairly boring and mediocre game until I got to the library, then I loved it.

You want to bash everything.

Those three minutes were an interesting change of pace. The other fifty seven of them were fucking agony.
Final Fantasy VII was fun and I freaking love the game, but quite frankly Talonus isn't far off at all.
Fuck GTA. It takes me longer to whack off than to get bored of the newest one.
