You could always check out the Sports Section of any Home Depot or even WalMart and in the Hunting and Fishing place there should be fishing nets. If that's along the line of what you require.

Also you could use the starboard wheel of a 38' Flybridge Convertible to pull one up from the bottom of the bay attached to a fucking clam dredge. Really what sort of numbnuts runs a clam dredge across cableing and then just cut it off?
