I'm looking for a game that was part RTS part FPS and multiplayer...

You had one guy that had the RTS "Eye of God" position, who placed buildings etc and all the other people would run around and build and fight like a FPS...

It was a medivalish time period game I think, and I remember playing the demo for it quite a lot... I just can't remember the name of it for the life of me

The games biggest problem was that even though you can boot a retard from being Commander, they can immediately retake the position.

my biggest problem was that the hitboxes never seemed terribly accurate. I remember being a legionaire, swinging my axe at the lowest level beast, hitting it square in the middle of my field of view, and it not doing anything.
