Don't even think about playing it unless you like getting bent over and taking it forcefully.

Haven't played it. Heard it is good but really fucking hard.

No, it would never be an Oblivion clone. It has a world and history of its own, somewhat unique, well it has an invading orc army. Gameplay that predates Morrowind. I hear the combat sucks, so unless you've played the first two and enjoyed them, I doubt you'll enjoy this one.

Not an Oblivion clone, but apparently it is buggy as shit.

IMO, save your cash for NWN2, FFXII, and Guitar Hero 2.

Good game, but I'd wait for the second patch.
Not an Oblivion clone in any kind of way.

I'd recommend playing Gothic 1 and 2 in the meantime. Great games and you should get them cheap.

As usual for a Jowood release, the game is buggy. Wait for patches. With luck it could be patched by the time it does get released in the US. Probably best to put it on the backburner until later this year or next year though.

And no, the game is not an Oblivion clone at all.
