So far I have...
Those old music player things with the big cone (yes, I forget the name.. ) for Classical.
And old fashioned 50's style microphone for Blues
And a turntable for Hip Hop.
I can't think of a 4th that can be placed with a genre.. Any suggestions would be great, or any changes to the above as well.
Cowboy hat is a good idea, too.

A synthesizer for Industrial.
I would think a synthesizer would work better for New Age
A Roland TR-808 Would work well for Rap, or Dance/Techno.
It's totally necessary for that particular genere of music to exist, it's not an instrument, and it's uniquely identifying of that particular genere. Maradon! fucked around with this message on 09-23-2006 at 11:15 AM.
EDIT: In retrospect, it has nothing to do with music really. I just like 'Anatomy Lesson of Dr. Nicolaes Tulp' Ozimander fucked around with this message on 09-23-2006 at 12:41 PM.

Listen you, it's a well known and documented fact that cowboy hats are required to make country music!
