For laughter, the scene in Dumb and Dumber where Harry shits his ass cracks me up every single time. I've probably seen it 100 times, and I always laugh.

For crying, it's "Earn this" in Saving Private Ryan. Man tears, every single time.

For pure freakin' electricity, I.E. goosebumps, it's RotK, where Theoden is screaming "DEATH!" just before the charge of the Rohirrim.

Oh man, the goosebumps feeling is prevalent throughout Lord of the Rings, especially Return of the King.

My favorite part is the "DEAAAAAATH!" scene, but also during the siege of Gondor shortly after the Rohirrim come to save the day. "Yeah, yeah! We're driving back the orcs! Awesome!"

Then suddenly, the Easterling horn blows, all the men of Rohan look up and collectively shit themselves at the sight of the giant Mumakil charging forward.

I sometimes cry when I watch The Adventures of Milo and Otis, and I get misty during Hero.

Why didn't you block my sword?

Dr. Strangelove has me fucking rolling throughout, every time.

Tombstone always brings out the tears.

I can't think of one in particular (at least, a good one. Do not go gently in The Rundown is a bad one.) that gets me pumped.

There's one part in Saving Private Ryan where the medic is dying, surrounded by his buddies and he just keeps repeating "Mama...mama..."

Yeah...that part's sad.

Laugh: That scene in 8 Heads in a Duffel Bag when the dude throws the grandma out of the van into the canyon and she yells "DON'T FUCK WITH MEEEeeeeee".

Cry: The beginning, middle, and end of Grave of the Fireflies. Also, the end of Schindler's List. "I could've saved one more person..."

In Tommy Boy, when David Spade knocks on the door to the hotel.
"House keeping, want me jack you off? "
"What kind of sick place is this?!"

The end of Braveheart when Wallace yells out "FREEEEEEDOM!" gives me both goosbumps and gets me a little misty.

I also like the part on LotR as mentioned above.. I just feel like getting all LARP'ed up and start smashing people.

I like on Kung Pow how the girl cries. We oh we oh weee.. all ways makes me cry with laughter.

Parts that make me cry and or sad are almost any movie like Remember the Titans or any teamwork group related movie. The one that Always gets me and makes me cry like a little girl whos dog just died is The Last Castle when Aguilar dies and they have that little make shift ceremony on the wall pile and they all get in formation and start singing the Marine Corp Hymn. Yeah I miss the military.

Even though Tom Cruise isn't all that cool I find that the ending scene of Vanilla Sky where he is standing on the roof of the building talking to the "customer service" type fellow (I forget his official title) to be quite heart wrenching.

Every time I see The Big Lebowski I always laugh when Walter tells Donny to shut the fuck up.

I laugh at the principal's office scene in Porky's every time.

The end of the Iron Giant tugs at the heartstrings. So did Fluke when you see him at the end as a dog in front of his gravestone and she realizes who he is.

For goosebumps, I like the speech in ID4.

For both goosebumps and tears, it's the ending in "Life is Beautiful" even though I know how it ends

For laughs, I watch "Quidam" by Cirque du Soleil. The tall man cracks me up during most of his interludes

A few scenes in nBSG gave me goosebumps and brought me close to tears. This is the first time that a movie/show did that to me. No other movie or show has managed that before. I blame my age.

Oskar's speech at the end of "Schindler's List" always gets me misty-eyed. About how he didn't do enough, save enough people. And when he asks how many more could he have saved if head traded his gold Nazi Party pin? Or his car? I cried (quietly) the first time I saw it in the theater and I still cry when I watch it at home.

As for scenes that make me laugh, to many to count.

Adam Sandler and Damon Wayans crossing the wilderness in Bulletproof with Sandler going on about how he got pee on him, but he can deal with it because at least it's his own pee....but it's going to be worse when Wayans sleeps, because then he's going to pee on Wayans, and that'll be worse because it'll be someone else's pee on Wayans.

Cracks me up.

Tingles (sorta)

Batman Begins:

"I'm not going to kill you... but I dont have to save you."

And:

"Its not who I am on the outside, but who I am on the insides, that defines me." (Or something like that.)

Another one for tingles:

Samwise's speech in LOTR when Frodo is ready to give up at the ruins where the Nazgul catch up with them.

For laughter:

Blade: Trinity, when whats-his-name calls the female vampire a 'cock juggling thunder-cunt.'

I just like that insult.

"Age by age have men stood up and said to the world, 'From what has come before me, I was forged, but I am new and greater than my forebears.' And so each man walks the world in ruin, abandoned and untried. Less than the whole of his being"

Ryan Reynolds was the only thing worthwhile in that movie. I love where he's chattering at Blade, and Blade and Biel look at him and he says, completely deadpan, "I'm sorry...I've...had a lot of sugar."
