So it seems like Draniel have a half "pretty" race now. The Female dranei looked better than the Female BE but the cat ears and tail kinda pissed me off. Oh and im makeing a BE named SAMOORIJAK.

No, that's exactly what you aren't right about. The dances are a pop culture reference that have become so common and recognizeable that accreditation would be absurdly unnecessary.
Further they aren't a selling point of the game, nobody is going to buy or keep WoW because the NE's do the Alizee dance instead of some other generic belly dance. They aren't trading on anybody's name. It's inclusion is a joke like any other parody, and that IS something for which there are concessions in the intellectual property laws of most civilized countries. Certainly the US.
