JUST KIDDING MARADON
It's not something people hear about.
quote:
Ryuujin had this to say about John Romero:
That's such a hardcore way to die though. Impaled through the heart by a poisonous barb.
By an animal that's not really known for killing people.
Still, talk about a sad day. He was a great guy with such a wonderful performing personality.
I also think I had a crush on him when I was 13..
He will be missed by many.
Not many news stories about famous people dying make me actually pause and frown and feel bad. This one did.
Still,
quote:
Over the mountain, in between the ups and downs, I ran into Blackened who doth quote:
Karma is a real bitch, isn't it!JUST KIDDING MARADON
I DON'T GET IT.
quote:
This insanity brought to you by Maradon!:
They said on the news that his wife is hiking in Tasmania and doesn't know yet
Oh Jesus, that's gonna hurt even more.

I woke up this morning and the first thing I saw was a livejournal entry by someon saying "R.I.P Steve Irwin"
sad day, he was a great educator.

And the best Catchphrase MSNBC could come up with was "The man who made the word crikey a catchphrase died today."
Pathetic lack of depth to that I think.
I'd of come up with something along the lines of, bad ass animal handler that never was afraid of anything. ... Except Hippo's.

Apparently parrots/macaws as well.
But at least he went doing what he loved so much.

Hippos are mean...

I just didn't know Steve Irwin singled them out as a critter he was less fond of.

Man, I doubt they'll release that intentionally, but you never know if a copy of the tape would be leaked.

Actually this was sad. But the news about Christopher Reeve's death then his wife's later on was just about as equal in my eye.

Maradon! had this to say about Cuba:
How does a stingray even summon up the force to pierce a sternum like that?So bizarre.
For little bastards, they can be a bit strong, but mostly it was his bad luck.
Other thing is that skates, rays and even small sharks, are like westleing with a snake, a slimey irate snake with sandpaper skin and far more pointy parts. Peter fucked around with this message on 09-05-2006 at 11:27 PM.

Verily, the chocolate bunny rabbits doth run and play while Maradon! gently hums:

By the account I read, he was swimming over top of it back-to-front. It probably went under the sternum through the solar plexus or hit a luck spot between ribs.
