Delphi: Basically, someone just activated a prohibitively expensive effect that causes its target to automatically lose the game. However, unbeknownest to his opponents, Nem has got a face-down creature (meaning it's in play, but they don't know what it is) that, when he pays the cost to turn it face up, allows him to change the target of an effect. So essentially his opponent went to all the trouble to activate this really hard-to-use ability, only to have it rebounded back on him (which is what happened immediately after that screenshot, no doubt), causing him to lose the game.
