Mine is the Fox and the Hound. It's so sad, but so good.

I'd answer, but I have a feeling I'll be reading a thread later filled with pornography of what I've posted.

So no dice.

I figured the same as Parce, but I have to express my love for "Sword in the Stone" anyway. I watched it so often when I was little.

I'm partial to the Little Mermaid's music. Under the Sea is the best fucking original song I've ever heard in a movie.

But the Emperor's New Groove is probably my favorite overall. Please don't ruin it.

If I was gonna do that, I would've made the thread NSFW.

Comedy: Emporer's New Groove

Adventure: The Rescuers Down Under

Romance: Beauty and the Beast

Best Music: Aladdin/The Little Mermaid

Overall favorite: The Emporer's New Groove "He wants to take you down the path of righteousness; I'm going to take you down the path that rocks!"

I echo Sean's endorsement of The Little Mermaid's music. As far as overall favorite, goes I can't decide between Lion King, Aladdin, or Little Mermaid.

Either Song of the South or One Hundred and One Dalmatians.

Now, the Song of the South had pretty much the greatest original music in the hallowed history of American Cinema. I say "had" rather than "has" because I no longer own a copy, and it appears as if I may never acquire another.

And One Hundred and One Dalmations just looked really cool, what with the noirish atmosphere and all.

Robin Hood, Emperor's New Groove, The Great Mouse Detective, Sword and the Stone, and The Jungle Book all are favorites of mine as well...and there probably are a lot of others I'm forgetting.

Like The Return of Jafar.

Disney has cut all ties and denies all knowledge of Song of the South's existance and any copy you can ever find should be snatched up, preserved, and sold on eBay for an enormous profit.

Yeah. There were some PAL copies floating around for a while, but as time's gone on they're becoming much more scarce, and much more expensive.

I'm just glad Splash Mountain was built and became so popular before Disney excommunicated the franchise.

Little Mermaid.

Sleeping Beauty had the best villian.

I used to love The Black Cauldron, but now that I'm older it just doesn't feel the same, although Sword in the Stone is still great.

It's not too hard to find as there are torrents of it around. You can just burn it to a DVD.

Aladdin is my choice.

I'm a little surprised that no one from this group has said The Black Cauldron yet.

Sleeping Beauty, cause Malificent scared the hell out of me when I first saw it. Then I realized I wanted to be her.

For regular viewings though, most definately the Emperor's New Groove.

I wish to change my answer to 'Who Framed Roger Rabbit'. I tend to equate the term "Disney movie" to the traditional animated musicals done by Disney rather than any movie, and didnt even realize it when I first answered.

Finding Nemo.

Okay, it's not a *full* Disney film, because Pixar worked on it as well...

For full Disney film, The Nightmare Before Christmas.

For traditional animation, Pocahontas (I love raccoons, so Meeko made the film for me.), The Lion King, Aladdin, Beauty and the Beast.

I'd have to pretty much say what Xyrra and Fae said.. but in this order:

Sleeping Beauty
The Jungle Book
The Little Mermaid
The Black Cauldron (lower on list for same reason Fae mentioned. Still on list and giving props to the team who worked on it for releasing a very 'un-Disney' animated movie and especially at the time it was made)
