I like it so far - only thing I've noticed is it doesn't show the proper colors for the drop down menus on the WoW forums, but on the flip side, it does keep those tiny custom icons many web sites have.

Any particular extensions I should install?

I downloaded a Redshirt theme, but it lost it's effect due to the message bars still being under control of the Windows display settings - still blue on this machine.

It's a pity Firefox runs off the server at work - it's a lot slower there because there is no cache on our workstations... they're thin clients.
