So, starting from the beginning.
Just like gunbound, you've got teams. Unlike gunbound, now you've got four. This does mean that you can do a 1v1v1v1 FFA mode, or 2v2v2v2 Four-Way team match. Or 2v2v2 or whatever you want. It's interesting.
Your tanks take turns firing things at each other. Every tank is horribly unique. One tank fires out napalm, one tank jizzes at enemies, one tank shoots out lasers from the sky (Similar to the lightningbot from GB), one tank fires out your standard rocket blasts, and one fires out laser blasts. Each tank has 3 shots : normal shot, bigger shot, and Overdrive. Overdrive is basically your SS shot from Gunbound, only it's been somewhat more balanced to prevent it from being used instantly.
To fire a weapon, you consume fuel. To move, you consume fuel. This means if you move too far in a single turn, you run out of fuel and cannot fire. Fuel is regenerated slowly over time, quicker if you skip your turn, and there is an item to give you 40 fuel instantly. The stronger the weapon, the more fuel it consumes. Overdrive shots consume a hell of a lot of fuel.
Wind changes more or less constantly intsead of once every X turns. It's just horizontal wind, and at the bottom there's a slider bar telling you how strong the wind is. This means you have to adjust nearly every shot to compensate, but it also means that if wind is screwing you over badly, it will usually be taken care of in a turn or two.
The items are rather interesting. Powerup adds power to your shot. Homing Missile does just what it sounds like. Doubleshot is your typical Dual item. You get a little heal item, BIG heal item, TEAM heal item, and fuel recharge items (Self and team). Then you've got your teleport item - this one has an awesome animation, Immobilize for 3 turns item, 100% protection from the next attack, Invisibility for 3 rounds, Change wind, and lastly Engine Oil (Which makes you move 50% farther while using the same amount of fuel).
That's more or less it. The game seems to be fairly new, and because of that, it's empty most of the time. Last night we played a game, there was 16 non-EC'ers playing last night.

The charge bar is all sorts of gay
You can't play the game full screen without the charge bar being way too fast.
Switched to windowed mode.
Lets see if this will work when GB didn't.
