They won't let me join server 12 because I'm on a new account.
A Kansas City Shuffle is when everybody looks right, you go left.

It's not something people hear about.

That's the trick. New players need to get up to 1500 gp before they can play on most servers besides 1 and 2. After getting up that high, players can play on most servers EXCEPT 1 and 2. It's not hard to do, though, I haven't even been playing for a week and I'm nearly there.

Seriously though, just tough it through the noob servers. Suddar did it in like 3 days.
