Hey guys,

I got one of these as a present from the wife over the weekend and I have a few questions about them.

To play over Wi-Fi is it nessicary to pick up one of those stupid USB wi-fi connectors? Can I just use the Wi-fi I've got broadcast from my router? Or is it nessicary to buy it?

Also, I'm looking for some suggestions for a game or two, I'm not too familiar with anything released and just looking for suggestions. Mario Kart DS and Metroid Prime Hunters are the first 2 on my list.

As long as your wifi network uses either WEP or no encryption you will be fine. If you use WPA you're screwed. The USB thing is just a zero configuation option for the non-tech geeks or the people who don't have wifi going.

Metroid Prime Hunters is like the fun of your first Quake deathmatch lan party on a freaking gameboy. Mario Kart is also tits.

I </3 pussies who use cheapo tactics or constantly run for health orbs(Especially as Trace in Triskelion.)

I don't have a problem with Trace players who just park thier shit somewhere and snipe. Thats what he's for. But the moment someone Triskelion lunges away from me to gather health, you're officially a douche.

IIRC Mario Kart DS comes with a little booklet that tells you everything about setting the DS up for wifi play that Blindy told you and you said you have Mario Kart DS BTW
I was in the Virgin Islands once. I met a girl, we ate lobster, drank piña coladas. At sunset, we made love like sea otters. That was a pretty good day. Why couldn't I get that day over, and over?

Yeah I already had it setup when I posted the original message saying I have em I was just looking for people to play, it seems to take a long time to get a random group together.

[edit: oops I can see how it was mis-interpreted, in my post saying I got them, I ment I had just gotten home from buying them. I didn't have them originally. Sorry.]

I don't know how you people play with random opponents on shit like Mario Kart. It's so bogus.

I mean seriously, you might as well just be playing against really really difficult and even cheaper than normal CPUs.
