This is for those of you without an SA account. Keep in mind these were translated from Chinese and as such are in bablefish talk. These have the distinct possibility of not being real. However, they were squelched quickly on the WoW forums lending a little bit of credence to them.

Honestly, if the talent changes arn't really amazing the changes for mages are quite poor overall.

You have to be some wizard or something.

Though from the drug tricks bit, I'd imagine they're trying to make level restrictions on what you can dispel (So a level 20 can't dispel my level (equivalent, if you look the spell up) 62 corruption.

If the changes to soul link are true, it will actually make SL warlocks a good deal more powerful, since killing the pet first will be 30% harder to do.

That's kinda sucky for Abolish Poison. That's all I ever used once I got it and replaced Cure Poison.

edit: I'm pretty sure Destroy is Ferocious Bite.

I don't know. If they do it that way, it'll be kinda crap for a DW build. More swings per unit of time means Enrage will go down faster.

Also: 2h and DW spec each get a +hit% mod. What about 1h spec?

Hammer of Justice being unresistable would be nifty. But if the changes to judgement are true, I'll respec for Lasting Judgement and hit every rogue I see with a judgement that lasts 40 seconds and prevents stealth.

The Judgement of the Crusader bonus is just PVE gravy, but you won't hear me complaining.

How is that bullshit? I can just cast Faerie Fire and the Rogue is equally scewed for only 30 seconds.

Rogues need another class preventing them from stealthing like they need a hole in the head. I already own rogues, this change just makes it absolutely hopeless for one to attempt to fight me as long as I keep a judgement up on them.

And I'm not even anti-rogue spec. A prot/holy paladin would simply dominate a rogue if this change goes live.

Also, I've seen translations going both ways - one said that it wasn't Hammer of Justice, but Holy Shock which was getting improved and becoming unresistable.

That would be hot.

The patch doesn't say which Judgement they mean... for instance, Righteousness and Command are instant hit, and don't take the place of any existing Judgement on the target.

I'm going to assume they mean the rogue will not be able to Stealth of Vanish as long as Justice (Not that anyone would judge Justice on a player in PvP), Light, Wisdom, or Crusader are on him.

My assumption was that any Judgement that remains on the target in the form of a debuff would keep the target from stealthing.

Hence, Lasting Judgement gains significant pvp functionality.

Mages are, technically, the weakest of all cloth casters and arguably a pretty weak class as usual.

Warlocks focus on HP, so they can be deceptively tough. Priests focus on Spirit and have healing. Mages go purely for Intellect and thus have the lowest of AC and HP, making them very easy to kill.

They can get tons and tons of HKs, but they die a lot, too.

I didn't die a lot Sure, a random blizzard kid who plays a mage will die a lot, but a skilled mage shouldn't ever die unless sitting down drinking and some jerkface rogue comes up and ambushes for 1900 with a 1600 follow up backstab
