It's a remix of the theme from Stormwind and Guild War's main theme.
Note there are some clipping issues, but only on headphones and when you have the volume extremely loud, but then again, it IS only ~6 megs and 6 minutes long. 
The song starts with the Guild Wars main theme, and begins the Stormwind theme at 1:49 or so. Note, the choir has been replaced with piano.
Also of note, is a huge Chrono Trigger remix project. Haven't listened to anything from there yet, but some of it should be pretty good after listening to some of the other OCRemix projects.

The Chrono remix is particularly good if you like a symphonic take on your Chrono Trigger sounds. My favorite (only downloaded the first half) is "Denadoro Climb," though I've always been partial to that theme.

Only issue I found with it was the mp3's were "quiet" compared to others, but it's all solid. Was linked in the thread that shall not be named, as well.
