My internet explorer doesn't seem to want to stay logged in. One minute I'm logged into a site, then the next, I have to once again, log in.
Now, where in the settings (aside from history, which is at 20 days) would I be able to correct this?
If there is none, I'll switch back to Firefox
Check norton or whatever you have running and make sure it's not set to clear cookies.
There is no way to schedule a hands-free cookie deletion within IE.
Any suggestions? Something somewhat idiot proof for now is good.
Also a migration to firefox is going to help me.

Not if you tell an AV suite to regularly delete your firefox cookies.

I've used Norton for like 10 years, and have never had it delete a cookie I didn't want it to. Isn't it a bit easier simply to change the settings than to switch to something else?
I only had the trial software, so it was an easier choice

Did you try ewido?
It's gotten rid of some sticky shit that I've had trouble with in the past.
