Special Forces runs like shit. After a fair amount of time configuring it, fucking around with .con files, and swearing a lot, I can get it to run at a smooth framerate SOMETIMES. Looking in the wrong direction, moving indoors/outdoors, and firing my weapon all will cause video lag, will slow the game to a crawl, will get me killed.
It's completely and totally ridiculous how much they managed to screw up the game. It's not worth pirating, let alone going to the store and paying full price for a copy like I did.
To sum up : You may have better luck avoiding the buggy, shitty code that causes frequent lag. If so, best of luck to you. But based on my experiences playing it, it's not worth buying.

Lets put it this way. If you liked to rape people with air vehicles, the expansion isn't for you. If you liked infantry combat, the expansion is for you.
