Moved from San Diego to Corpus Christi back in July, and I haven't met anyone here who plays, nor am I exactly sure how I'd go about asking. I've looked around online to see if there are any clubs or groups in my area, but have had minimal success. If anyone has a good website of listings, or perhaps lives in/ knows anyone in Corpus I'd greatly appreciate it.

If I dont start my own group, I usually go to one of the local gaming stores and see whats up. They usually have a few tables and more than a few regulars who play.

Yeah, I figured gaming shops would be the obvious venue. I guess I might have to spend a half hour callin around to see what's what. Easily worth my time since driving to Houston or San Antonio isn't really an option for regular sessions.

Bajah, that always seems to be the case. So few people down here in the Coastal Bend. The big cities are just close enough to tease me, but far enough away to be impractical.

Anakha, Rueger Flintforge (and his many incarnations) would have enjoyed the company of a fellow dwarven warrior, but alas, it would appear it was not meant to be.

Diadem, thanks for the link. (Honest to goodness, I typed 'ty' instead of 'thank you' the first time I wrote that out. WoW has left me scarred. ) I can't seem to find the search function if there is one. Having a tough time wading through the sheer volume of threads without being able to narrow it down manually to Texas related posts.

Glad to say hi again guys, it's been a while.

PM Densetsu and ask him what's up. I know he has an IRL game or two but I don't recall what part of Texas he's in.

Allen, TX is what's on his profile. That's north of Dallas, so unless I wanna drive for about 6 hours, it ain't gonna happen.

P.S. I got my schedule worked out for when I'm gonna be in Cali, call my cell and I'll give you my itinerary.

Or three.

I was in the Virgin Islands once. I met a girl, we ate lobster, drank piña coladas. At sunset, we made love like sea otters. That was a pretty good day. Why couldn't I get that day over, and over?
