There's some great (NOT SEX) stuff going on between Batman and Amanda Waller. Kevin Conroy and Carol Pounder play so well off eachother, they're both amazing.
It's not something people hear about.

Batman vs Waller is an amusing arc to follow. That particular sequence, however, is icky. Icky like when Lex Luthor gave her a full-on open-mouth kiss in the Superman/Batman comic.
