Well, you can always wait an hour and d/l it from Fileplanet's free servers like me. Even doing this is faster than waiting for blizzards craptastic patcher.
I must be one of maybe 4 people on EC that doesn't have issues with the Blizzard patcher. Never takes more than 5 minutes to download the patch.

When don't they after a patch .... here go's
1. Seems like forever with download / then install
2. Then log on and hope your Insomniax doesnt poop on itself
3. Play for about an hour or two and get a message that says
"shutting down servers for maint. no ETA" or they just crash.
