Looking it up on Thott, 250 to 350-ish damage every 2 seconds, and lasts 4, but it spreads to other people every 2 seconds, meaning if you're around someone that has it, it gets refreshed every 2 seconds.

They're hotfixing it however. Most likely keeping it from affecting vanity pets and regular pets and NPCs.
