Im trying to figure out what movie I shold get. Im stuck between House of Flying Daggers, Samurai Deeper, and Appleseed. If i can find out what would be the best to get that would be great.

Having seen Samurai Deeper Kyo, it's interesting. Odd twists given the nature of the main character(s) and an interesting story overall.

I haven't seen the new Appleseed, and I want to so badly.

House of Flying Daggers I do not recognize.

House is pretty goddamn awesome if you can follow it through all the twists.
A Kansas City Shuffle is when everybody looks right, you go left.

It's not something people hear about.

Appleseed's okay, but I can't really recommend it because they've mixed animation techniques and I don't think it works particularly well. Either cell shade, or use CG--they don't mix well. That, and the story is exactly the same as every other post-apocalyptic Japanese anime ever, without even a fresh take on the "save the whales earth" theme.

It was a remake of a previous anime anyway so I wouldn't be expecting anything 'fresh' or 'new' in it's plot....

I say pretty much the opposite of Bloodsage. I loved the new Appleseed and I thought the animation rocked the casbah. I haven't seen the other two yet though, so I can't really compare them...I need to go rent House of Flying Daggers, I wanted to see it in theaters and just never got around to it.

Death: Oh great! Thanks a lot. As if it wasnt already hard enough to fit in.

Well, I ended up buying Appleseed. Im going to buy House next. Also I pretty much agree with Vallo, I loved the animation and the story was pretty cool (I never saw the original). I dont know why but I loved it. It was just awesome.
