I tried installing the latest version, didn't do nothing for no one's anything.

Why didn't I think of this before?!

Delidgamond.
What exactly happens? Just a blank space? Does the 'Q' come up and then nothing happens?
Oh, I forgot to mention... The problem is that shit like www.ytmnd.com is the only thing that seems to have a problem. Probably should have mentioned that earlier. Quicktime will play video files fine in-browser.

Steven Lynched? But seriously. Here, have a website that tells you that you shouldn't be having any trouble!

Details are important. "It doesn't work" is a really shitty way to describe a problem.
The site looks good to me, but that obviously doesn't mean much. I suspect it's related to the MIME types that QuickTime is associated with. Try to find out what kind of file Firefox can't view and then check to make sure QuickTime is associated with that file by going to Control Panel -> QuickTime -> Browser Plug-in -> MIME Settings...
Myself, I have the QuickTime plug-in set to handle the following file types:
Video: QuickTime movies
MPEG: 3GPP, 3GPP2, SD, AMC, Video (protected)
MP3: MP3 audio
Images: MacPaint, PICT, QuickTime Image
Keep in mind this only tells a browser what files to use the QuickTime plugin on. It does *not* associate those file types with QuickTime as the default player in Windows.
Hope that helps.
