From Godzilla vs Megalon. He was the robot who helped to fight off the evil Atlantian's monster god Megalon. MST3k did a viewing of it, that was one of my favorite ones.

Yes, Hedorah was his name. He's in the new 'Godzilla: Final Wars' along with the American Godzilla which they call Zilla.
