Don't let the intro disclaimer fool you - this site and the accompanying message boards encourages people to CONTINUE and exacerbate their eating disorders. Once you get past that chipper little disclaimer on the front page, it's a total about-face. The whole site encourages people to continue destroying themselves and gives them helpful information on doing so.
You can even buy happy merchendise proudly displaying your disorder.
quote:
"I've freed myself from this compulsion of eating. When I wake, I am empty, light, light-headed; I like to stay this way, free and pure, light on my feet, traveling light. For me, food's only interest lies in how little I need, how strong I am, how well I can resist-each time achieving another small victory of the will: one carrot instead of two, half a cracker, no more peas. Each gain makes me stronger, purer, larger in my exercise of power, until eventually I see no reason to eat at all "

Wow these people are fucked up.
I burn more cals than that in a handful of DDR songs.
The problem with Americans is that they don't know how to moderate...it either has to be one extreme or the other. I don't understand WHAT is so hard to comprehend about "eat healthy...AND get off your fat ass now and then!" Always looking for an easy, no-effort way out. Tsk.

I was just curious to see if it actually works. I don't smoke, except a lot of the green, and I was thinking of smoking when I have bad cravings, as opposed to potentially doing a b/p, I think this would be 'healthier' (everything is relative
Haha. "a lot of the greed" eh? Really? It totally doesn't show.

Thats a pretty foolish generalization considering Australia toppled the US for fattest country on earth. Perhaps you should drop your pretentions about Americans and accept the fact that in any prosperous country this will occur.

Jesus Christ, 150 cals? I'd end up eating my arm. I try to limit myself to 1500 or so, and that's probably still too low.
2000 is a normal days worth. At least that is what I was told.

2000 for an active male. If you're not active (ie sat on your arse all day) 1500 is fine.

Kait apparently doesn't know shit about politics, policy, America, or any other countries, but for some reason persists in making her baseless and ignorant comments on these subjects.
Then, when refuted, she refuses to discuss them.

I am active and a large fellow. I've yet to really go all out lifting every day, but for when I do (a week or so, i'm healing up from my black belt test) I'm going to need a complete dietary plan to go with it. Any ideas or sites or anything?
