Allows 15% of your Mana regeneration to continue while casting.
Arcane Mind - 4/4 points
Increases your maximum Mana by 8%.

Frost Channeling - 3/3 points
Reduces the mana cost of your frost spells by 15%.
Arctic Reach - 2/2 points
Increases the range of your Frostbolt spell and the radius of your Frost Nova and Cone of Cold spells by 20%.
Ice Block - 1/1 point

For the second build you can take either PoM or Combustion. It really is a toss up between which is better seeing as how it is an auto crit pyro or an instant pryo.

I wanted to go mostly fire in the first build, and in the second I have no idea. I was thinking fireblast would be more important than IAE. Am I wrong? I was just saying what I may try next chance I get.

I'm loving Improved Counterspell. It's the 2nd best way to pull spellcasting mobs there is. (The best being to duck out of LOS, but that's not always possible)
Improved Arcane Explosion is NOT optional.
