If you watch it in Slow motion you can see the moment of impact. The shells appears to hit about 3 meters to the mans right. The entire building that is hit seems to come down. OUCH! Looks like a near miss from a tank round it still enough.

Yeah, that sort of thing will just ruin your day.

I bet that scared the hell out of whoever was looking through the viewfinder of the camcorder. XD

Looks rather small to be a tank round considering the Abrams has a 120mm main gun. Perhaps it's an RPG of some sort going off?

The force of the blast plus shrapnel that close would turn him to putty pretty quick weather it's 120mm tank shell or an RPG.

Have to agree with Kag here, whatever it was exploded in the air away from the building. If you step through it frame by frame, you can see in the frame when it explodes that the guy standing there casts a shadow on the wall behind him. I see a lot of dust kicked up by the pressure wave, but honestly I doubt the wall suffered any major damage.
