So I ended up using a sketch by Sam Liu of White Wolf, and colored/shaded this character 2 different ways, and I'm not sure which one looks better...

So, I leave it to you all.

I can't make it a poll, so just post in the thread which is better, and I'll add them up after the first page...

The second one doesn't look like he's on his way to some BDSM party.

So I vote #1.

If you look at the neck on #2, you will see what appears to be a seam in the collar of the outfit. The line's still there in #1, but there it's just a stray line on his neck.

So I vote #2.

Not to mention, I would think that having the outfit in #1 end like it does would require it to be somewhat stiff with a fairly hard/stiff edge. Not the best thing in the world to move in, and the edge would rub bare skin raw.

I believe in the existance of magic, not because I have seen proof of its existance, but because I refuse to live in a world where it does not exist.
