It's not in Nektulos. It's on the west side of the Commonlands, south of the Nek forest entrance, through the Yapping Maze. Don't bother looking just yet though, you can't get in until you complete a key quest, and it took 3 level 15ish and my puny level 12 ass to complete the quest. Do you have the "widescreen" black bars on? If so you can adjust the slider all the way to the left to turn them off. I had the blurry issue too, when I first started playing. But turning off the widescreen bars seemed to get rid of that issue and things are crystal clear now $
