Tsubasa is Clamp's newest Manga series. It takes characters from all of Clamp's other manga/anime and has them in various roles in this new series. The main characters are Lee and Sakura from Card Captors. Lee is the son of a famous archeologist in this one land that Sakura is the princess of (her brother is the king right now). They are good friends and have feeling for one another. Sakura goes to visit Lee at a dig site one day to finally confess her feelings for him when she stumbles over some glyph that scatters her memories in the shape of white feathers throughout the multiverse. Lee takes the comatose Sakura with magical help to the Dimensions Witch for help. In exchange for Sakura never being able to regain her memories of Lee, the Witch gives Lee and Sakura the means to travel between the dimensions to gather up Sakura's other memories. At this time, two other dimension hopping travelers join them (they are escaping their own problems in their home realms). Fai the wizard from a world with a version of Chii who was created by him but has kitty ears instead of her Chobit ears. He is fleeing the main character from VG Veda who he put into a magical sleep and is the ruler of the realm. Also joining them is Kurogane, a powerful ninja warrior from a dimension with a medeval Japan with a version of Tomoyo from Card Captors as the Empress. He is banished by Tomoyo until he can learn to solve his problems without resorting to violence.
They dimension hop as they look for Sakura's feathers/memories. Its a very good manga though only the third book has been released so far over here.(They are up to Chapter 20-something)

Ah! Reservoir Chronicles! I love CLAMP stuff but I haven't gotten around to reading that yet. I thought you might have meant that but I wasn't sure if you meant a manga or an artist. I thought Tsubasa was supposed to be a continuation of CCS...sounds like it's a completely different storyline. Must get it.
