I dare say VG Cats is funnier than Penny Arcade, though to be fair they don't put out half as many comics as PA does.

Every now and again, VG Cats seems to have something bloody hilarious.

Penny-Arcade is hilarious most of the time, except sometimes when it goes off on tangents like the square-dancing thing. -_-

I like CAD more than PA only for the fact that they have no problem tossing in some continuity and actual story line more often. And Chef Brian. Chef Brian is very much the awsome.
