And I noticed all of those flaws from the REGULAR sized image, and those are just the once I could point out at a glance. I'm sure I could inspect it and find more.
Believe it or not, I actually know what I'm talking about. 
Once you are used to seeing things like this and know what to look for, it's not that hard.
They have more than likely been stretched and smudged using something along the lines of Kai Powetools, or Goo... Or any number of programs including Cut/Move/Clean tools in Photoshop. 1)You're blind If you miss the broken line over the boob through the hair.
2)Again, a broken line right at the bottom as the boob curves back in.
3)Another broken line, and part of the blinds are bleeding though, also smudged area.
4)I lost track of your pattern here, so can't do whatever 5 and 6 were either. Most of the others on the boob are either obvious smudges and blurred/broken lines.
On your statment of PSing out the hands versus manipulating them with Goo or similar is totally wrong. It would be infinitely harder to clean up left over hand pieces, the shadows and indentions they cause, and various other factors, than clean up just the smudges and lines alone, not to mention with overlay alone you can make a manipulated image blend more seemlessly into the previous image. Of course you'd need working PS knowledge to get any what I just said, but trust me its the truth.
Lastly, even if you can't spot the photoshops, its not hard to deduct that its completely fake because for one alone. Unless her implants are friggin rock solid, there is NO WAY IN HELL they would stand strait out, coneshaped, that far period, or be stretched out and seperated in such a way. Implants don't even COME in that shape, and there is no way in hell it would get through even the seediest clinic. Not to mention her OWN skin, muscles, and gravity would bring them in line unless, again, the implants were rock hard. Then there is the whole fact there is no way in hell a woman in thier right mind would even see that the first day the bandages came off and think this is OKAY and NOT do something about it. Let alone after the fact where they are completely healed, and bruise free.

The artifacting produces the ghosting effect, which is, actually, what JPEG artifacting is. As well as the odd color blurbs. They are also not as readily apparent in the small scale image.
And if you want to get technical about it, uniform areas, that only have artifacting around the edges as in some of those blurbs are more evidence of smudging, but a smudged portion will not artifact in on intself since it goes to nearest neighbor, it artifacts the edeges.
