Given that I tend to find cute women sexy and that the women I find sexy are usually hot, I don't really know that it counts. Stupid, vain, overproud, self-centered, or arrogant women are not cute, sexy, or hot. Personality shapes those three qualities as well as the way the carry and dress themselves.

HAHA! Funny you should mention that. My first girlfriend asked that exact question. She also told me that Montreal was in Ontario.
As for me, all three qualities are pretty hot in their own way. I think sexiness is the most appealing feature... a girl who knows how to use what they have - aka can move their body just so, flirt and otherwise twist guys around their pinky fingers is probably the biggest attraction, but I agree with Puggy, that quality is intimidating. I am more comfortable with the hot chick than the sexy chick.
Likewise, a chick who can hold up her end of a philisophical conversation has its own appeal with me.
BUT, since we were asked what LOOKS better, its "hot".

The thread title is no real indicator: Some take "when looking at the other sex" to mean different things. Some take it literally, while others take it as looking at a potential relationship.
