Like, I know there are a lot of ECers that often help with these kinds of questions, but this isn't the first person to show up to EC just to ask Fable questions. Wouldn't it be easier to go to the official Fable forums?
Unless I missed an introduction thread or some other posts, in which case I'm a complete jackass.

It'd take forever, and there's no reason at all to have attractiveness that low.
My character has +100 scariness and +100 attractiveness. It's not even that hard to get. (normal haircut, sheriff's moustache, normal beard, or a couple tatoos like fire monkey) I'm at max evil with a proud set of horns and glowing red eyes, but all I have to do is stroll into town and strip naked and people will fall in love with me just by looking at me. Show around a trophy to seal the deal and man and woman alike will be begging you for wedding rings.

Supposedly sacrificing them precisely at midnight, or at 6am will gain you more evil points, but I think that's a load of crap. All I needed to do was sacrifice the good mercenary at the temple of avo, the good merc at oakvale, the bad merc at twinblade's camp, and the bad merc at bowerstone, and I got the bow (and a sweet bow it is, too).
Lead one more person there and supposedly it rolls ten years off your life, but I did that and it didn't seem to make me look any younger (my char is an old fart since I spent too much time in game screwing around
